Stopping or cancelling your subscription

Cancelling your subscription

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Manage subscription.
  3. In the Stripe billing portal, click Cancel subscription.

Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account moves to the trial tier (briefs are paused).

What happens to my data?

Nothing is deleted automatically. Your briefs, run history, and memory are preserved. If you resubscribe, everything is restored exactly as you left it.

Deleting your account

To delete your account and all associated data, go to Settings → Privacy & DataDelete my account. This is permanent and cannot be undone.

Pausing instead of cancelling

If you just need a break, you can pause all briefs in Settings → Notifications without cancelling your subscription. You will not be charged extra during the pause, but your regular billing continues.
