We offer refunds within 7 days of payment if you are not satisfied for any reason. No questions asked.
For requests after 7 days, we consider them case by case — if something was broken on our end, we will make it right.

We typically process refunds within 1–2 business days. The money appears back on your card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
If you cancelled mid-cycle and want a prorated refund for unused days, mention this in your support request and we will review it.
If you were charged unexpectedly during a trial, contact us immediately and we will refund in full.
