Briefly is a personal intelligence service that aggregates information from sources you authorise (email, calendar, Notion, and others) and delivers a concise daily brief. The service is operated by Locryn Thomas, sole trader, United Kingdom.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Briefly. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to:
Briefly and all associated software, designs, and trademarks are owned by Locryn Thomas. You retain ownership of your personal data. You grant Briefly a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your data solely to provide the service.
Briefly connects to third-party services (Google, Notion, Stripe) with your permission. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of those services. Revoking access to a source will affect brief quality for that source.
The service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that Briefly will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that briefs will be accurate. AI-generated content may contain mistakes — always verify important information from original sources.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the total subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ notice. We may terminate immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we’ll notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
