What is a brief?
A brief is a personalised morning summary that pulls data from your connected sources — Gmail, Notion, Shopify, Stripe, and more — and delivers it to you at a time you choose.
How to create your first brief
- Sign in to Briefly and click New brief in the sidebar.
- Describe what you want to see — for example, "Show me my Shopify revenue from yesterday, any unread Gmail marked important, and my Notion task list."
- Briefly parses your description and builds a brief configuration. Review it.
- Set your delivery time and channel (push notification, email, or Telegram).
- Click Save — your first brief is scheduled.
When will it arrive?
Briefs run once per day at the time you chose. The first one usually lands the following morning. You will receive a push notification (if enabled) or email.
What if I want to change it?
Open the brief from your dashboard and click Edit. You can change the sources, delivery time, or add extra context at any time.
