What Briefly reads from Stripe

Briefly can pull in MRR, new subscribers, churned customers, recent charges, failed payments, and subscription counts. It reads your financial data in real time and includes it in your morning brief.

How to connect

1. Go to Settings → Connections.
2. Click Connect next to Stripe.
3. You are redirected to Stripe's OAuth screen. Select the account you want to connect and click Connect.
4. You are returned to Briefly with the connection active.

Scopes used

Briefly uses read_only access to your Stripe account. It cannot create charges, refund payments, or modify any data.

Restricted keys

If you prefer not to use OAuth, you can connect using a Stripe restricted key with read access on Balance, Charges, Customers, and Subscriptions.

Disconnecting

Go to Settings → Connections, click Stripe, and choose Disconnect. You can also revoke from your Stripe dashboard under Settings → Connect.
