What Briefly reads from Notion

Briefly can pull in database items, task lists, or page content from the workspaces you share with it. This is useful for surfacing outstanding tasks, project statuses, or meeting notes.

How to connect

1. Go to Settings → Connections.
2. Click Connect next to Notion.
3. You are redirected to Notion. Select the pages and databases you want Briefly to access.
4. Click Allow access — you are returned to Briefly.

Choosing what to share

Notion uses a granular sharing model. Only databases and pages you explicitly select are visible to Briefly. You can update the selection at any time from your Notion workspace settings under Connections.

Disconnecting

Go to Settings → Connections, click Notion, and choose Disconnect. You can also revoke from the Notion connections page.

Troubleshooting

If items are not appearing in your brief, make sure the Notion database you want is shared with the Briefly integration. Open Notion, find the database, click ··· → Add connections → Briefly.
