Go to your dashboard and open the brief. At the bottom you will see Run history — a log of every time the brief ran, with status (success, failed, skipped) and the time it ran.
Wrong timezone — If your account timezone is incorrect, the brief runs at the wrong local time. Fix it in Settings → Account.
Brief is paused — Check if the brief shows as paused on your dashboard.
Delivery channel issue — Push notifications require browser/app permission. Try switching to email delivery in Settings → Notifications.
Email in spam — Check your spam or promotions folder. Add hello@brieflynews.org to your contacts to prevent this.
Source error — If a connected source had an error, the brief may have been skipped. Check Settings → Connections for any sources showing as Error.
If the run history shows a failed run, disconnect and reconnect the problem source, then wait for the next scheduled run. If the issue persists, contact support and include the brief ID from the run history.
